Return Policy

We want you to love all your purchases from Sutton Tate. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.  If you need to make a return, we will work hard to make it right! You have 14 days from purchase (or fulfillment date if local pick-up) to return your items. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

You will be eligible for a return if your items meet the following requirements:
-tagged
-unwashed/unworn
-no makeup stains
-no deodorant stains
-no animal hair
-no smells of smoke
-not final sale
-within specified return window

WHICH ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are always FINAL SALE: accessories, graphic tees and sweatshirts. Also, any shapewear (all shapers, leggings, shorts), undergarments, swimsuits, hats and beanies (for hygienic purposes) are final sale.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT?

We only offer store credit for all returned items.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Damaged items must be reported within two days of purchase. Please email us at suttontateonmain@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?

 If you need to make a return for an online purchases, you must reach out to us within two days of receiving your items. Reach out to us VIA email to start the process of issuing a return from an online order.

If local, you have 14 days from purchase to return your shipped items in person. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
